At the board level it is even more challenging to learn to deal with conflict in a constructive and productive way within the public arena. Learn to recognize conflict and come to understand your own style and learn to identify conflict resolution styles of others. Participants will explore two specific areas of conflicts: (a) conflict among board members (and the public) and (b) conflict between the board and superintendent.
